Inspired by the classic pairing, it combines strawberry sweetness with a creamy-style note, without using dairy. This coffee works well served hot, but also makes a great iced drink, especially when mixed with your preferred milk. It is sugar-free, low in calories and suitable for a vegan diet, while also being gluten, wheat, dairy and nut-free. To prepare, add one heaped teaspoon to a cup, add freshly boiled water and stir. For a milky version, use less water and add warm, frothed milk, or cold milk and ice.
