Gimoka Gimoka Vellutato 16 cups for Lavazza a Modo Mio

Among the large selection of Gimoka capsules you will find all the coffee classics, and of course many different espressos of varying tastes and strengths.

With this variant 'Vellutato', you get a cup made from 100% Arabic beans from Columbia, Brazil and Honduras. The mixture of the different beans from the 3 countries in combination with a medium-dark roast has created a fruity espresso with great fullness, delicate sweetness and a mild bitterness and acidity.

Vellutato is Italian for velvety, and that describes this espresso perfectly. Too often you see espresso blends mixed up with a some Robusta for a little extra edge and acidity, but here Gimoka has chosen to use only the milder Arabica bean.

In other words, you get a classic Italian espresso, with a mild and (velvet) soft body.

We supply Vellutato in 16 capsules that fit perfectly with your Lavazza a Modo Mio machine.

Gimoka is one of Italy's leading coffee roasters that can trace its ancestry back to the early 1980s. From its base in Andalo Valtellino, Lombardy, Gimoka currently exports coffee to over 50 countries.
