Entre Sierras is Spanish for "between the mountain ranges", the name of the Colombian cooperative of 28 growers who supply these beans from the Serranía del Perijá region. The beans are washed, then roasted gently in Switzerland at 1000 m altitude, a method that protects their natural oils and sweetness. The cup opens with berry and chocolate aromas before settling into rich notes of caramel, walnuts and honey, with a smooth, balanced finish. The beans are certified organic and Fairtrade, so every bag supports the growers' community. Good for espresso, lungo or French press.
