La Semeuse Soleil Levant takes its name from the French for "the rising sun", symbolising a new dawn for coffee that balances taste with conscience. Made with Arabica beans from Ethiopia and Peru, it's Bio Suisse organic and Fairtrade certified, supporting fair wages and sustainable farming. Like every La Semeuse coffee, it's roasted at high altitude in the Swiss mountains, giving it a full-bodied cup with no bitterness. Expect notes of dark chocolate, lemon, and pepper working together for a livelier, more complex cup.
